Annual dues are included within the registration fees for the SERA annual meeting. The membership year runs consecutively with the SERA annual meeting dates, with membership expiring at noon on the Thursday of the annual meeting.

However, membership may be renewed without registering for the annual meeting. If you would like to join SERA, or renew your membership, simply remit annual dues of $30 by mailing a check, along with your name, address, and e-mail address, to:

These are the dues for joining SERA without attending the annual meeting, and not the dues/registration fees for attending the annual meeting.

Conference Registration and Registration Payment

All persons interested in attending the annual meeting are encouraged to pre-register for the conference, and authors/co-authors of presentations are required to both pre-register and pre-pay for registration. The SERA Conference Registration system typically opens in mid-August, and closes in early or mid-October.
