SERA has a Mentoring Program for Early Career Faculty. This program links early career faculty with peer or senior faculty mentors to provide a regionally driven network to support early career faculty with promotion and tenure, research/publications, and grant development. SERA Research Grants
SERA is dedicated to furthering the advancement of graduate student and junior faculty educational research. Two competitive Research Grants for up to $1000 for 1-year projects will be awarded annually at the annual Conference to a Doctoral Student and Assistant Professor at a 4-year institution. Grant proposals are due May 1st, following the annual conference. Grant awardees will be notified by June 1st. Awardees will present at the next annual conference.
